Message	I assume, since you want the cheapest, then you aren't actually interested in an actual performance modification. You just want the look. I'd definently score an old broken radiator, paint it silver... then mask out "HKS" or "GREDDY" across the fins and paint that black. Don't forget to install the flashing strobe lights behind it for full effect.
